Ideal Candidates
- Business owner must live and/or own a business within Portland city limits
- $100,000+ in annual revenues
- Have 1+ employee(s)
- Been in business for at least 2 years
- Willingness and ability to attend class for 7 months, complete mandatory assignments, and complete program survey's as requested
- Business MUST be 51% owned by a Person of Color
